Who We Are

Visionlytics Sdn Bhd (1383062-H) was established on 7 September 2020 in response to the Malaysian government's call to commercialize the research results of local universities. Visionlytics Sdn Bhd has bumiputera status and is one of the pioneer "Start up" companies from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). The company consists of two partners with doctoral degrees in electronic engineering. Both are the lecturers at School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, USM

VL-JEJAK

SMART WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

VL-Jejak consists of web and mobile applications that are integrated with the cloud. It can be used for the monitoring and management of public cleaning work and garbage collection services provided by contractor or local council. All records including cleaning and garbage collection acitivities with the location can be recorded and monitored in real time through the system. This will increase the productivity of the monitoring work by the supervisor of the contractor and local council.


VL-DPM

DIGITAL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A system to manage digitally the information of various activities at production line of manufacturing industry. Consists of web and mobile applications together with IoT devices that are integrated with the manufacturing machines. All operation data including production data that been produced by the manufacturing machines will be uploaded to the cloud in real time. With this, monitoring and planning of the operation can be performed efficiently.

VL-MVision

MACHINE VISION BASED INSPECTION SYSTEM

A system to inspect the quality of the product based on machine vision. Inspection process can be performed automatically and will be more efficient. Consits of industrial camera and algorithm to detect any defect on the product. The algorithm is based on "deep learning" that was developed in USM and able to inspect various type of products..

VL-RATING SYSTEM

A system for the user to provide feedback on the quality of work such as toilet cleaning in real time. Can be used to monitor the cleaning work in the building or other type of places.
